Product delivery status details will be available on payalsinghal.com once the product has been dispatched. Alternatively, customer can write in to hoshuren.com with Order Details and the order status/tracking details will be provided, as the case may be.
We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner
If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the products, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.
